Google Play Store 3.10.9

Google’s latest version of Google Play Store application 3.10.9 is now pushed OTA (over the air) to all Android devices, but those who do not wish to wait until the application automatically updates can download it manually here. This latest version of Google Play Store adds a few new features which are meant to improve user’s overall experience such as a dedicated Translate button, which shows up if/when the phone’s language is set to other language than English. Furthermore, it asks for two more location-related permissions, such as ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION. There’s also a new Remove icon in My Wishlist, so users can clean up their lists easier and faster.

It is also noticed that there’s a new window that pops-up right after you try to install a new application, which includes a clickable options called Keep Shopping. Unfortunately, it does not return to the Google Play store instead it returns you to the application that you are currently installing. Last but not least, it is also worth mentioning the latest version of Google Play Store app requires 300KB more storage than the previous versions.
